  1. Maintain accurate inventory records: The Inventory Accuracy Assistant will be responsible for regularly checking and updating inventory records to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  2. Perform inventory audits: This role will require conducting regular audits of physical inventory to compare against the system records and identify any discrepancies.
  3. Investigate inventory discrepancies: When discrepancies are found, the Inventory Accuracy Assistant will be responsible for investigating the root cause and implementing corrective actions to prevent future errors.
  4. Coordinate with store teams: This position will require working closely with store teams to ensure proper inventory procedures are followed and to address any issues or concerns related to inventory accuracy.
  5. Monitor inventory levels: The Inventory Accuracy Assistant will track inventory levels and identify any potential shortages or excesses, communicating this information to appropriate team members for action.
  6. Assist with inventory reconciliation: This role will assist with reconciling physical inventory counts with system records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvement: The Inventory Accuracy Assistant will be responsible for identifying areas where inventory management processes can be improved and making recommendations for implementation.
  8. Train team members: This position may involve training new team members on inventory management processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.
  9. Collaborate with vendors: The Inventory Accuracy Assistant will work closely with vendors to resolve any inventory-related issues and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
  10. Adhere to safety protocols: This role will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  11. Maintain organized inventory storage: The Inventory Accuracy Assistant will be responsible for maintaining organized inventory storage areas to facilitate efficient inventory management.
  12. Assist with inventory-related projects: This position may involve assisting with special projects related to inventory management, such as implementing new systems or processes.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends: The Inventory Accuracy Assistant will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
