  2. Assist customers with their home furnishings and decor needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Utilize knowledge of home design and trends to help customers create their dream spaces.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling home products.
  6. Educate customers on JCPenney's home products and services.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Home Commission Associate At Jcpenney Must Possess Exceptional Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Customers And Provide Satisfactory Solutions To Their Inquiries Or Concerns.

  • Knowledge Of Home Goods: The Ideal Candidate For This Job Should Have A Good Understanding Of Home Products, Including Furniture, Bedding, And Home Decor. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Assist Customers In Finding The Right Products For Their Needs.
