  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers with finding and selecting home decor products that meet their needs and preferences.
  3. Maintain a strong knowledge of all products in the home department, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with their shopping experience.
  5. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and increase revenue.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
  7. Meet and exceed individual sales goals set by management.
  8. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual displays.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the most relevant and accurate information.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  14. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
