  1. Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize your creativity and expertise to provide a wide range of hair services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
  3. Ensure that all services are performed in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work station and salon environment.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current hair trends, techniques, and products in order to provide the best possible services to clients.
  7. Recommend and sell hair care products to clients to enhance their at-home hair care routine.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and salon management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  9. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals set by the salon and company.

Job Qualifications

  • Valid State Cosmetology License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid State Cosmetology License To Be Considered For The Hair Stylist Position At Jcpenney. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Education And Training Requirements To Perform Hair Styling Services.
