Job Description

  1. Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial goals.
  3. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes.
  5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for both customers and employees.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  9. Manage and control expenses to meet budgeted goals.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a cohesive and successful store operation.
  12. Hire, train, and evaluate employees, and make recommendations for promotions and disciplinary actions.
  13. Communicate effectively with upper management, providing regular updates on store performance and progress towards goals.
  14. Act as a role model for all employees, promoting a positive work ethic and company culture.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by upper management.
