We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to join our team.   1. Greet and welcome customers to JCPenney's fine jewelry department with a warm and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and helping them find the perfect piece of jewelry to tell their unique story.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding and knowledge of all fine jewelry products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  4. Utilize selling techniques and product knowledge to drive sales and meet personal and store goals.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company procedures and policies.
  7. Keep the fine jewelry department clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  9. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors to provide customers with the most relevant and accurate information.
  10. Uphold a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing the JCPenney brand.
  11. Meet and exceed personal and department sales targets and KPIs.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
  13. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Work collaboratively with management to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales, inventory, and customer information.
  16. Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.

  • Knowledge Of Fine Jewelry: A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Different Types Of Fine Jewelry, Such As Diamonds, Gemstones, And Precious Metals. They Should Also Be Able To Accurately Assess The Quality And Value Of Different Pieces.

  • Sales Experience: Previous Experience In Commission-Based Sales, Particularly In The Fine Jewelry Industry, Is Highly Desirable. A Successful Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Crucial In The Role Of A Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate. They Should Be Able To Build Relationships With Customers, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Personalized Recommendations And Assistance.
