Job Description

At JCPenney, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Email Strategy Manager to join our growing team. As an Email Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will need to have a good understanding of the latest email marketing trends and technologies, as well as excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign performance.To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience in email marketing, including experience managing email campaigns. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of HTML and CSS coding is also essential.We are looking for someone with a passion for email marketing who is excited to help us reach our customers through innovative campaigns. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  2. Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and technologies.
  3. Analyze the performance of campaigns and produce reports to help improve future campaigns.
  4. Create and maintain email marketing databases.
  5. Manage email campaigns from start to finish, including segmentation, list management, personalization, testing, and scheduling.
  6. Develop HTML and CSS code for email campaigns.
  7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure campaigns are well integrated with other marketing initiatives.
  8. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries related to email campaigns.
  9. Manage and resolve any issues related to email campaigns.
  10. Make sure all emails comply with industry standards and best practices.
