  1. Oversee the operations of multiple JCPenney stores within the assigned district.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and meet company objectives.
  3. Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans accordingly.
  4. Ensure all stores within the district are meeting company standards for customer service, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
  5. Train, coach, and develop store managers and teams to achieve their goals and maximize their potential.
  6. Conduct regular store visits to provide support, guidance, and feedback to store teams.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement company initiatives and drive business growth.
  8. Monitor and manage district-level budgets, including sales, payroll, and expenses.
  9. Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  10. Communicate effectively with senior management and provide regular updates on district performance.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  13. Represent the company at district-level events and meetings.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and uphold the JCPenney brand standards.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of the retail industry and proactively suggest innovative ideas and strategies to drive business growth.
