1. Assist senior designers in various hair styling services, such as cutting, coloring, and styling.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming clients to the salon.
3. Learn and adhere to salon standards and procedures for cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
4. Attend and participate in training sessions to develop skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
5. Assist with maintaining inventory and stocking supplies as needed.
6. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
8. Collaborate with senior designers to create and execute unique and personalized hair designs for clients.
9. Assist with promoting salon services and products to clients.
10. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
11. Follow company policies and procedures, including but not limited to punctuality, attendance, and dress code.
12. Continuously strive to improve and enhance skills and knowledge in the beauty industry.
13. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
14. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
15. Take initiative to assist with any additional tasks or duties as needed.
