- Train and develop customer service associates to deliver exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Act as a role model for exceptional customer service, setting an example for other associates to follow.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all departments.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Monitor and manage store traffic and customer flow to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to customer service.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for associates to enhance their customer service skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and associates.
- Help drive sales and achieve targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting JCPenney's products and services.
- Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to customer service associates to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and operations, to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity and continuously strive to exceed customer expectations.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Customer Service Representatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Situations With Empathy And Professionalism.
Proven Track Record Of Improving Customer Satisfaction And Driving Sales Through Exceptional Customer Service.
Proficient In Using Customer Service Software And Technology, Such As Crm Systems And Live Chat Platforms.
