Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Retail Management.
Proficiency In Analyzing And Interpreting Customer Feedback And Data.
Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Strategies To Improve Customer Experience And Satisfaction.
