- Continuously assess and improve customer service processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage customer service staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to drive performance and development.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices and share knowledge with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Customer Service Best Practices And Techniques.
Proficiency In Utilizing Customer Service Software And Systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field Preferred.
