  1. Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of customer service associates to provide exceptional service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  4. Train and onboard new customer service associates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide excellent service.
  5. Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback and coaching to associates to enhance their performance.
  6. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and foster a customer-centric culture within the store.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve the department's performance.
  10. Assist in creating and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations for customer service associates and provide recommendations for improvement.
  12. Monitor and maintain customer service metrics and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  14. Handle any other duties or projects as assigned by store management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Customers.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Focus On Finding Solutions To Improve The Customer Experience.
