  1. Lead and develop a team of customer experience associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Ensure that all team members are properly trained on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  3. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by JCPenney in order to accurately assist and inform customers.
  8. Utilize sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales goals.
  9. Proactively seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement necessary changes.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer service best practices.
  11. Assist with scheduling and managing employee time off requests.
  12. Conduct regular meetings and trainings to keep team members informed and motivated.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Customer Experience Supervisor At Jcpenney Should Have The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team To Deliver Exceptional Customer Service. This Includes Setting Clear Expectations, Providing Coaching And Feedback, And Resolving Conflicts.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Other Departments Within The Company.

  • Customer Service Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Required For This Position. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Resolving Customer Issues In A Timely And Satisfactory Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Jcpenney Policies And Procedures: The Customer Experience Supervisor Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Jcpenney's Policies And Procedures Related To Customer Service, Returns And Exchanges, And Other Store Operations.

  • Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: This Position Requires The Ability To Think Critically And Make Quick And Effective Decisions In High-Pressure Situations. The Candidate Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Address Customer Service Issues Proactively.
