  1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Train and coach team members on providing excellent customer service and meeting the company's customer experience standards.
  3. Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback to team members to enhance their performance.
  4. Handle escalated customer complaints and find effective solutions to resolve issues.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the overall customer experience at JCPenney.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and merchandising, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and implement changes as needed to meet customer needs and expectations.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to provide innovative and effective solutions.
  9. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
  10. Ensure all customer service policies and procedures are followed to maintain consistency in service delivery.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
  12. Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for peak periods and events.
  13. Communicate with customers to gather feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience.
  14. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement customer service initiatives and goals.
  15. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and promote a customer-centric culture within the company.
