  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store's customer service department.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Train, coach, and mentor customer service associates to ensure a high level of service is provided to customers.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
  6. Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  8. Monitor and manage customer service metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in customer service operations.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to customer service associates.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to customer service.
  14. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  15. Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and train new customer service associates.
  16. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  17. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  18. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: A Customer Experience Supervisor At Jcpenney Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Management.

  • Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role, Demonstrating The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Customer Service Experience: A Customer Experience Supervisor Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service. Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role Is Preferred.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Identify And Resolve Customer Issues In A Timely And Effective Manner Is Crucial For This Role. A Strong Problem-Solving Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically Are Essential Qualifications.

  • Retail Experience: It Is Preferred That Candidates Have Previous Retail Experience, As They Will Need To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Jcpenney's Products, Policies, And Procedures. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Train And Coach Team Members In Providing An Exceptional Customer Experience.
