Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Management Role.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Train, Coach, And Develop Team Members.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Resolve Issues.
Knowledge Of Customer Service Best Practices And Strategies To Enhance The Overall Customer Experience.
