12. Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve customer service skills and stay updated on new products and policies.
13. Maintain a positive attitude and foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
14. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.
15. Assist with restocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor when necessary.
