  1. Lead and manage the beauty department to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  2. Create a high-performing team by hiring, training, and developing beauty associates.
  3. Set and communicate clear expectations and goals for the beauty department.
  4. Motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of beauty trends and products to effectively train and educate team members.
  6. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Ensure the department is properly stocked and merchandised to maximize sales potential.
  9. Collaborate with other department managers to create a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing department.
  12. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures and ensure team members are following them.
  13. Act as a role model for the team by embodying the company's values and standards.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  15. Develop and maintain relationships with beauty vendors to ensure the department is well-stocked with the latest products.
  16. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to make strategic decisions for the beauty department.
  17. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  18. Participate in meetings and trainings to stay informed about company updates and changes.
  19. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and make recommendations for process improvements.
  20. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Meeting Performance Goals.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In The Beauty Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Beauty Products, Trends, And Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Accommodate The Needs Of The Store.
