8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and sanitation standards, in the beauty department.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to stay up-to-date on new products and promotions, and negotiate favorable terms for the company.
10. Act as a role model and mentor for team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, accountability, and growth.
