  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets in the beauty department.
  2. Oversee the selection and curation of beauty products, ensuring a diverse and on-trend assortment.
  3. Train and mentor beauty associates to provide exceptional customer service and increase product knowledge.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Collaborate with vendors and negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing and promotions.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to make informed business decisions.

  13. Collaborate with other store departments to create a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  14. Manage department budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
