1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude upon entering the store.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending appropriate beauty products.
3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of various beauty products and their uses, including makeup, skincare, and haircare.
4. Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends and techniques to effectively advise and educate customers.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized recommendations and follow-up services.
6. Assist customers in finding the right products for their specific skin type, complexion, and beauty concerns.
7. Conduct product demonstrations and provide hands-on tutorials to showcase the benefits and features of different beauty products.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
9. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
11. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
12. Uphold company policies and procedures, including adhering to health and safety standards.
13. Proactively seek out and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
14. Participate in promotional events and actively engage with customers to drive sales.
15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department.
