As a Beauty Consultant, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by providing personalized beauty recommendations and product knowledge.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering personalized beauty recommendations.
  3. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and educate customers on the features and benefits of various beauty products.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively promoting and selling products to customers.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases to provide the most current and relevant recommendations to customers.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, including restocking products and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster a sense of loyalty to the JCPenney brand.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  9. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey product information and promotions to customers.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
