  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their beauty needs.
  2. Utilize product knowledge and expertise to recommend and demonstrate beauty products to customers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends and techniques to share with customers.
  5. Assist in stocking and maintaining the beauty department to ensure a visually appealing and organized space.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling beauty products.
  7. Educate customers on proper product usage and provide personalized skincare and makeup recommendations.
  8. Collaborate with the store team to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  9. Attend training sessions and meetings to continually improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the beauty department by achieving individual and team goals.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  14. Be a brand ambassador for JCPenney and promote a positive image of the company.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
