  1. Greet and welcome customers to JCPenney with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' beauty needs and offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
  3. Demonstrate expert knowledge on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere in the beauty department to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized beauty department, ensuring all products are properly stocked and well-presented.
  6. Actively participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance beauty knowledge and skills.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and promote customer loyalty.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  9. Stay up-to-date on promotions, events, and new product launches to effectively communicate and drive sales.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety and security protocols.

  • Knowledge Of Beauty Products And Trends: A Beauty Consultant At Jcpenney Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Beauty Products, Including Makeup, Skincare, And Hair Care. They Should Also Stay Updated On Current Beauty Trends And Techniques.
