  1. Greet and welcome customers to the beauty department in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and understanding customer needs.
  3. Utilize knowledge and expertise in beauty and fashion to make personalized recommendations to customers.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current beauty and fashion trends and products, and share this knowledge with customers.
  5. Assist customers in finding the right products for their skin type, tone, and desired look.
  6. Demonstrate and explain the proper use and application of beauty products to customers.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, including product displays and inventory.
  8. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling beauty products to customers.
  9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
  10. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  12. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new product launches and promotions.
  13. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department.
