  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their beauty needs.
  2. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of various beauty products, brands, and techniques to help customers find the right solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide customers with the most relevant and accurate information.
  4. Conduct makeovers and beauty consultations for customers, offering personalized recommendations and advice.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling beauty products and services.
  8. Educate customers on proper use and application of beauty products.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  10. Attend and participate in training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  11. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
