4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of various beauty products, including JCPenney's top beauty brands.
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products to provide customers with the most current information.
6. Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, including product displays and inventory management.
7. Meet sales goals by actively promoting and selling beauty products to customers.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
9. Collaborate with team members and store management to ensure a cohesive and successful work environment.
