Beauty Consultant

At JCPenney, we’re looking for a Beauty Consultant who will be the face of our beauty department, providing customers with expert advice on the best beauty products out there. As Beauty Consultant, you’ll have a unique opportunity to have a positive impact on customers’ lives, helping them find the best beauty products for their needs.To be a successful Beauty Consultant at JCPenney, you’ll need to be a strong communicator, knowledgeable in beauty products, and a team player. You’ll need a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Beauty Consultant and/or a cosmetology license. Responsibilities:

-Provide customers with expert advice on the best beauty products -Build strong relationships with customers -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products -Use inventory and sales systems to track and manage beauty products -Provide customers with product demonstrations -Assist in organizing and running beauty events -Maintain a clean and organized work area -Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed -Provide excellent customer service to all customers
