  1. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering personalized beauty recommendations.

  3. Stay up-to-date on beauty industry trends and products to provide customers with the most current and relevant information.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and upselling products to customers.
  6. Work as a team player by collaborating with other beauty consultants and store associates to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized beauty department to create a welcoming and appealing shopping experience for customers.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by actively seeking and responding to customer feedback.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills in the beauty industry.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety guidelines, at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge And Experience In The Beauty Industry: A Qualified Beauty Consultant At Jcpenney Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Beauty Products, Techniques, And Trends. This Includes Prior Experience Working In A Beauty-Related Role, Such As A Makeup Artist Or Skincare Specialist.

This Includes The Ability To Actively Listen, Understand And Address Customer Concerns, And Build Lasting Relationships.
