  1. Greet and welcome customers to JCPenney with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  3. Utilize knowledge and expertise in various beauty products and techniques to assist customers in finding the right products for their individual needs.
  4. Stay up-to-date on beauty trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the latest offerings to customers.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized beauty department to create an inviting shopping environment for customers.
  6. Build strong relationships with customers by providing genuine and personalized interactions.
