  1. Protect company assets: The primary responsibility of the Asset Protection Service Associate is to protect the company's assets by monitoring and preventing theft, fraud, and other losses.
  2. Ensure customer and associate safety: The AP Service Associate is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and associates by identifying potential safety hazards and taking appropriate action.
  3. Monitor and respond to security alarms: The AP Service Associate will be responsible for monitoring security alarms and responding to any potential threats or incidents.
  4. Conduct investigations: In the event of a theft or other security incident, the AP Service Associate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, gathering evidence, and reporting findings to the appropriate parties.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service: The AP Service Associate will interact with customers on a daily basis and must have exceptional customer service skills to address any security concerns or issues.
  6. Collaborate with team members: The AP Service Associate will work closely with other members of the Asset Protection team and store management to ensure a coordinated approach to security and loss prevention.

  • Strong Observational Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Observe Customer Behavior And Identify Potential Security Threats. Being Able To Pay Attention To Detail And Accurately Report Suspicious Activity Is Crucial.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Store Management, And Law Enforcement Is Essential In This Position. This Includes Both Written And Verbal Communication Skills.

  • Physical Fitness: Asset Protection Service Associates May Need To Physically Intervene In Situations, Such As Apprehending A Shoplifter. Therefore, Physical Fitness And The Ability To Handle Potentially Confrontational Situations Is Necessary.
