5. Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies or security threats.
6. Collaborate with store management and team members to develop and implement effective security procedures.
7. Train and educate team members on security protocols and procedures.
8. Conduct investigations and gather evidence in cases of theft or fraud.
9. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report them to the appropriate parties.
10. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to de-escalate potential conflicts and maintain a safe shopping environment.
11. Stay informed on security trends and make recommendations for improvements to existing security measures.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures related to asset protection and safety.
13. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
14. Assist in the training and development of new Asset Protection team members.
15. Cooperate with law enforcement as needed in cases of criminal activity.
