  1. Monitor and patrol designated areas of the store to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers and associates.
  2. Greet and engage with customers to provide a positive and welcoming presence in the store.
  3. Utilize surveillance systems and equipment to identify and report any suspicious or criminal activity.
  4. Respond to and resolve any security or safety incidents, including emergency situations, according to company policies and procedures.
  5. Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence for internal and external theft cases.
  6. Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement effective security strategies.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents and activities.
  8. Train and educate store associates on loss prevention techniques and company policies.
  9. Enforce store policies and procedures, particularly in regards to theft and fraud prevention.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current security and safety protocols and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  11. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, associates, and law enforcement personnel.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
