  1. Implement and enforce effective security protocols to protect company assets and ensure the safety of employees and customers.
  2. Identify potential security threats and take appropriate action to minimize risk.
  3. Conduct regular store audits to identify and address any vulnerabilities in security and safety procedures.
  4. Monitor surveillance systems and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents.
  5. Work closely with store management and team members to provide training and guidance on security protocols and procedures.
  6. Maintain accurate and confidential records of security incidents and investigations.
  7. Collaborate with local law enforcement and other external partners to address security concerns and prevent loss.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection and loss prevention.
  9. Communicate effectively with customers to address any security concerns or issues.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations related to asset protection and safety.
  11. Conduct internal investigations and interviews as needed to address any suspected theft or fraud.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement in security and safety processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  13. Act as a role model for integrity and ethical behavior, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to continually enhance skills and knowledge in asset protection.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by building strong relationships with team members and other departments.
