  1. Monitor store premises and identify potential risks or threats to the safety and security of customers, associates, and merchandise.
  2. Implement and maintain proper security procedures and protocols to prevent theft, fraud, and other criminal activities.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Respond promptly to any security breaches or incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
  5. Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement strategies for reducing shrink and increasing profitability.
  6. Utilize various surveillance and investigative techniques to identify and apprehend shoplifters and dishonest associates.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with lost and found items, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and addressing any security concerns.
  8. Train and educate associates on asset protection policies and procedures to promote a safe and secure work environment.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security incidents, investigations, and reports.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset protection to continuously improve and enhance the department's effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Be Able To Identify Potential Risks And Vulnerabilities Within The Store Environment.

  • Experience With Surveillance Systems: The Candidate Should Have Experience With Monitoring And Operating Surveillance Systems, Including Cctv Cameras And Other Security Equipment.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills Are Essential For An Asset Protection Service Associate, As They Will Need To Communicate With Both Customers And Store Employees To Prevent Theft Or Other Security Incidents.
