4. Work closely with store management to identify and address any security concerns or potential risks.
5. Conduct thorough investigations into any reported incidents of theft or loss and report findings to the appropriate parties.
6. Collaborate with law enforcement and other outside agencies as needed to resolve security issues.
7. Train and educate store associates on proper security procedures and protocols to minimize risk.
8. Keep accurate records and documentation of all security-related activities.
9. Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Asset Protection program.
10. Maintain a visible and proactive presence on the sales floor to deter theft and promote a safe shopping environment.
11. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach to asset protection.
12. Conduct routine audits and inspections of store inventory to identify any discrepancies and take appropriate action.
13. Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergency situations or incidents involving customers or employees.
14. Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
