  1. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and associates.
  2. Conduct regular patrols of the store to identify potential safety risks and address any security concerns.
  3. Utilize surveillance systems and other security tools to prevent theft and fraud.
  4. Respond quickly and effectively to any security incidents or emergency situations.
  5. Work closely with store management and other team members to develop and implement security procedures and protocols.
  6. Assist with the training and education of associates on theft prevention and safety measures.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and investigations.
  8. Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams as needed.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support by addressing any security-related inquiries or concerns.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection to continuously improve and enhance security measures.
