  1. Develop and implement effective asset protection strategies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and company assets.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
  3. Train and supervise a team of asset protection associates to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in security and loss prevention techniques.
  4. Collaborate with store management to create a culture of safety and security, and provide guidance and support on security-related issues.
  5. Investigate and resolve incidents of theft, fraud, and other security breaches, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
  6. Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, and respond to any potential security threats or emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset protection, and make recommendations for improvements to existing security measures.
  8. Maintain a positive working relationship with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to ensure effective collaboration in case of security incidents.
  9. Conduct training and education sessions for employees on security awareness and prevention techniques.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations related to asset protection.
  11. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents, investigations, and training.
  12. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on security issues, risks, and prevention measures.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive security-related matters.
  14. Identify and implement cost-effective solutions for security-related equipment and services.
  15. Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
