- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external partners to assist in asset protection efforts.
- Maintain a high level of awareness and vigilance in the store to prevent and respond to potential security threats.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection and implement them within the company.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members on security updates and concerns.
- Conduct regular training and drills to ensure preparedness for emergency situations.
- Handle any security incidents or emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
- Continuously assess and improve the company's security measures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Setting.
Knowledge Of Security Systems And Procedures, Including Cctv And Eas Systems.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Train And Manage A Team.
Understanding Of Legal And Ethical Guidelines For Asset Protection, Including Familiarity With Local And State Laws.
