- Manage and oversee a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Handle any security-related issues or concerns from customers or employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about current laws and regulations related to asset protection and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and present reports on security operations and incidents to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and update security procedures to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Manage A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Security And Surveillance Systems, As Well As Knowledge Of Current Trends And Technology In The Field.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws Related To Asset Protection, Including Theft, Fraud, And Safety Regulations.
