  1. Develop and implement effective asset protection strategies to ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and merchandise.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop plans to address them.
  3. Train and supervise a team of asset protection associates to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor surveillance systems and investigate any suspicious activity or incidents, taking appropriate action as needed.
  5. Collaborate with store management to identify and address any security or safety concerns.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all security incidents and provide regular reports to upper management.
  7. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to asset protection and loss prevention.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset protection to continuously improve and enhance the company's security measures.
  9. Work closely with law enforcement and other external partners as needed.
  10. Foster a culture of safety and security within the store by promoting awareness and providing training to employees.
  11. Conduct investigations of internal theft or fraud and take appropriate disciplinary action.
  12. Manage the budget for asset protection initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  13. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to asset protection.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of management to provide updates and recommendations for improving asset protection measures.
  15. Lead by example and uphold the company's values and code of conduct at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Related To Theft, Fraud, And Safety.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And De-Escalate Conflicts.
