• Utilize surveillance systems and other technology to monitor and identify potential risks and threats to the company
• Collaborate with store management and other departments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and implement proactive solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance the company's security measures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all incidents and investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Regularly review and update security procedures and protocols to ensure they align with industry best practices and company standards
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of the store's physical security measures, identifying and addressing any areas for improvement
• Serve as a role model for ethical and responsible behavior, promoting a strong culture of safety and security within the company.
