- Develop and implement asset protection strategies to safeguard the company's merchandise, property, and associates.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential security vulnerabilities and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
- Train and educate store associates on loss prevention techniques and company policies related to asset protection.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes to reduce losses.
- Investigate and respond to any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with store management and corporate teams to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance systems and other security equipment, ensuring they are properly functioning and maintained.
- Conduct internal investigations and interviews as necessary to resolve any security concerns or violations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in asset protection technology and techniques.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional working environment for all employees by promoting open communication and a culture of safety and security.
- Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to upholding company values and promoting a safe and secure shopping experience for customers and employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Or Security Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Inventory Management, And Fraud Prevention Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
Familiarity With Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Asset Protection, Such As The Sarbanes-Oxley Act And The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
