Asset Protection Manager

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and organized Asset Protection Manager to join JCPenney. The Asset Protection Manager will be responsible for leading our team in the prevention of losses while providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be expected to maintain a safe and secure work environment, protect company assets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a proven track record of successful asset protection and loss prevention. Responsibilities of an Asset Protection Manager:

• Developing and implementing plans and strategies to protect company assets, reduce losses, and increase profits

• Investigating and resolving cases of theft, fraud, and other security-related issues

• Training and supervising security personnel and other staff members in loss prevention and asset protection techniques

• Monitoring store surveillance systems and responding to alarms

• Establishing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and company regulations

• Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify security risks and vulnerabilities

• Maintaining accurate records of investigations and other security-related activities

• Creating reports and making recommendations on security issues to senior management

• Liaising with local law enforcement and other security partners.
