Asset Protection Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and oversee asset protection best practices to ensure customer and merchandise safety
2. Monitor store activity and investigate internal and external theft
3. Create and enforce policies and procedures to reduce loss risks and liabilities
4. Train and mentor store personnel in asset protection and loss prevention
5. Develop key performance indicators and monitor performance of asset protection operations
6. Collaborate with other store managers and staff to ensure safety and security
7. Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents
8. Coordinate with law enforcement and other external agencies when necessary
9. Work with the Loss Prevention team to identify and address areas of risk
10. Remain current on industry trends and developments in asset protection
