Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective asset protection strategies
- Monitor and assess asset protection activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure safety standards are met
- Analyze data to identify potential risks and develop action plans to address them
- Educate and train staff on asset protection policies and procedures
- Partner with internal and external teams to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Monitor and investigate suspicious activities and theft
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for asset protection activities
- Monitor and manage asset protection budget
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field
