- Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees to promote a safe and secure work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to asset protection.
- Develop and manage the department budget, including forecasting and analysis of expenses.
- Communicate and report on security-related matters to upper management and other stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and improve security measures to enhance the overall safety and security of the store.
- Lead by example and promote a culture of safety and security among employees.
