In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers, employees, and merchandise.   1. Monitor and maintain store security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access controls.
  2. Conduct regular patrols of the store to identify and prevent potential security risks.
  3. Respond to any security incidents or emergencies promptly and appropriately.
  4. Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious or criminal activity and follow up with appropriate actions.
  5. Communicate effectively with store management and other team members regarding security issues and concerns.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and investigations.
  7. Train and educate store employees on security procedures and protocols.
  8. Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  9. Collaborate with law enforcement and external partners as needed.
  10. Stay updated on current security trends and techniques to continuously improve security measures.
  11. Assist with the implementation of new security initiatives and procedures.
  12. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and concerns related to security.
  13. Ensure the safety and security of merchandise during opening and closing procedures.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned by store management.
