- Monitor and maintain store security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access controls.
- Conduct regular patrols of the store to identify and prevent potential security risks.
- Respond to any security incidents or emergencies promptly and appropriately.
- Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious or criminal activity and follow up with appropriate actions.
- Communicate effectively with store management and other team members regarding security issues and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and investigations.
- Train and educate store employees on security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and external partners as needed.
- Stay updated on current security trends and techniques to continuously improve security measures.
- Assist with the implementation of new security initiatives and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and concerns related to security.
- Ensure the safety and security of merchandise during opening and closing procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by store management.
