Asset Protection Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store activity to identify and respond to potential theft or loss situations.
2. Investigate shoplifting incidents and prepare reports for legal proceedings.
3. Implement and enforce loss prevention policies and procedures.
4. Educate and train associates on loss prevention practices and procedures.
5. Assist in the implementation of store safety and security measures.
6. Act as a visible deterrent to shoplifting and other forms of theft.
7. Maintain a positive relationship with customers, associates, and local law enforcement.
8. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
9. Remain knowledgeable of current trends in loss prevention and asset protection.
10. Communicate with other departments to resolve any issues related to loss prevention.
